Biography​

I have successfully completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) certifications, along with training in computer hardware servicing. My approach blends industry relevant content, certification-focused guidance, and live lab experiences, ensuring learners gain not just theoretical knowledge, but the skills they need to succeed in real world IT environments. 

I have had the privilege of guiding many students and entry-level professionals helping them develop foundational networking skills, troubleshoot IT systems, and prepare for certifications. 

Currently, I serve as Junior Executive  IT at Sajida Foundation (Hospital Program), Keraniganj, where I manage critical IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth IT operations. Served as a Computer Hardware Engineer at a reputed IT organization in Dhaka, focusing on PC assembly, hardware diagnostics, and performance optimization." I delivered technical support, repaired IT systems, and maintained uptime for corporate clients. 

This combination of training expertise and hands-on IT experience allows me to help students build confidence, gain practical skills, and launch successful careers in IT and networking.
