Biography​

My approach blends industry-relevant content, certification-focused guidance, and live lab experiences to ensure learners gain not just theoretical knowledge, but the skills they need to excel in real-world environments. I have had the privilege of training thousands of students and professionals-helping them advance their careers with globally recognized certifications. Currently, I serve as an IT Engineer in the IT Infrastructure and Operations | Information Technology division at Robi Axiata PLC, working under Express Systems Limited (ESL). In this role, I manage critical IT infrastructure, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure optimal system performance and high availability for enterprise-level operations. My work has strengthened my expertise in IT operations, system administration, and infrastructure support.
