With more than a decade of combined training and real-world system administration experience, Shariful has built a reputation as a dedicated Linux and open-source specialist. Alongside his role as a Technical Writer at Zextras, he has contributed to quality assurance, documentation, solution design, and community management for open-source platforms like Red Hat, Cisco, Zimbra, and Carbonio.

As an IT Trainer, Shariful focuses on bridging theory with real-world application. His courses cover Linux installation, shell scripting, user and permission management, system services, networking, and server security, ensuring learners gain both practical confidence and certification readiness. He has successfully guided students from beginner levels to becoming Red Hat Certified Professionals, empowering them to excel in IT infrastructure roles.
